Shechinah Association JB also looks into the immediate need of providing food for the poor. It is true that many people do not have the luxury of having enough food for a day. This is a sad fact. We have also done site evaluations on such conditions. The major cause of this is the lack of proper financial management by families. Some parents are unable to keep a stable job, some are struggling with addictions, many are unable to cope with the rising costs of living and there are many other reasons which can be learned from time to time.

Some churches, people and NGO’s make donations of food to us and entrust us to distribute the food to needy families and individuals. In a way, we have become a channel in providing food for the poor and needy because of the gracious heart of some people and organizations.
